Menperin meyakini, upaya tersebut dapat mewujudkan aspirasi besar Making Indonesia yakni menjadikan Indonesia masuk sebagai 10 negara dengan perekonomian terkuat di dunia pada tahun 2030. “Kuncinya di industri adalah sumber daya manusia dan teknologi,” tandasnya. Sejak berdiri pada tahun 2014, PT SSP telah menyerap tenaga kerja di bagian produksi sebanyak 60 orang, serta didukung 200 orang di gerai dan 30 orang di back office. “Dengan adanya investasi ini, diharapkan produk yang dihasilkan tidak hanya dijual di Indonesia, tetapi juga diekspor ke Singapura, Hongkong, dan negara Asean lainnya,” imbuhnya. Managing Director PT SSP Richard Anthony menyampaikan, pengadopsian teknologi HPP merupakan langkah strategis dalam rencana ekspansi “Dengan fasilitas terbaru ini, kami memiliki kapasitas tahunan mencapai 15 juta botol, sehingga bisa merambah pasar di luar Jabodetabek dapat menikmati produk cold-pressed juice yang 100 persen segar, murni, dan alami,” ungkapnya. Teknologi HPP milik PT SSP dipasok oleh Hiperbaric, penyedia peralatan teknologi HPP terbaik di dunia, yang telah merevolusi industri makanan dan minuman di Amerika Serikat dan Eropa dalam menikmati minuman dan makanan segar, termasuk cold-pressed juice. “Produk 100 persen segar karena terbuat dari hampir 1 kg buah dan sayur per botol bukan konsentrat, 100 persen murni tanpa air, gula, pemanis buatan, atau pengawet, dan 100 persen alami karena menggunakan bahan mentah tanpa proses pemanasan,” papar Sella Panduarsa GaretaEditor M Razi Rahman COPYRIGHT © ANTARA 2018
